Our basic gluten-free biscuit mix is a classic drop biscuit mix. We love to use it for dumplings and for an alternative pizza crust (Breakfast pizza anyone?). This is a gluten-free drop biscuit mix that can be used interchangeably with a conventional biscuit mix in recipes.
